I Got Nothing

        Sorry - no blogging for now. Why?  I have nothing to say.   If I did, I would say it.  But I don't. So I wont blog on anything I don't have to blog about.  It's useless.  An empty vacuum of thought is not very rewarding so forgive this blank/absent entry.  Anyway I got a head ache so I'll do as the instructions on the Aspirin bottle suggest;  "Take One" and "Keep Away From Children".

Yeah, I think the "keep away from children" helps as much, if not more, than the aspirin itself! At least it did when my daughter was little ... right after I had her open the bottle for me.

OH and before i forget - even you can make these :) -

this is a very easy way to make scalped taters - the soup makes them very tasty too - you can double this recipe -

~ Scalped Potaters ~

Ingredients:
4 cups sliced potatoes
1/2 cup sliced onions
1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper
garlic powder

Directions:
Layer potatoes and onions in a 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Mix soup, milk, and salt & pepper, garlic powder. Pour over top the potatoes.

Cover and bake at 375 degrees F. for about 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, until potatoes are cooked.

Remove cover for the last 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
